Great for participants who have been through our courses before. We will move from the basics into defense against the most common threats we face by aggressors. 

Come learn tons of lifesaving self-defense, taught by the Chief Instructor, as well as our overqualified co-instructors. We can work around any injury or limitation. Please communicate those with us.

Bring a water bottle, and good shoes to allow free movement.
