Day 1 focuses on the basics and several defenses against attacks/ common threats women face
Day 2 improves upon those defenses, adding additional defense, including weapons
**Having a strong foundation of self-defense can take years. We will try to condense as much into 2 days as possible. Appropriate for ages 15+
Each training will have a 15-20 minute break for snacks and recharge.
Bring water, and a light snack or fruit if you wish. Have a light breakfast beforehand. We will be on our feet, and moving!
We welcome all injuries- We can work around them. Communicate injuries to your instructor and training partners.
These trainings are JAM PACKED with lifesaving information, you will walk away feeling more secure and safe while responding under pressure.
